It has been said that food trucks have been gaining popularity within the past few years, and the Food Truck N’ Flick night held downtown Leesburg proved that statement true. On September 8th, gourmet food trucks gathered on Main Street to participate in Leesburg’s culinary and cinema event. The night turned out to be a hit!
The food trucks started serving food at 5:30 p.m. There were long lines waiting outside of each of the nine plus gourmet food trucks. The free entertainment for the night was Dr. Suess’s classic The Lorax, a perfect movie for the whole family. The movie started at 8 p.m. and was shown on the big screen outside of City Hall. This event was a perfect opportunity for friends and families to spend time together outside Leesburg’s peaceful downtown.
