It’s not too late to rededicate, maintain, or commit to your New Year’s resolutions! Whether you made them and already broke them or never made them in the first place, check out these tips to keeping up your New Year’s resolutions.
1. Though you may have been told time and time again to set your standards high, it is oftentimes easier to stick to a more attainable goal. For example, instead of saying you want to lose 50 pounds, say you would like to lose 5-10 pounds every few months. Though it may not sound as grand or impressive, you will most likely feel better that you actually stuck with your resolution instead of giving up all together.
2. Instead of spreading yourself thin by trying to stay committed to several resolutions while going about your usual routine, try committing to a single, important resolution.
Remember, January 1st isn’t the only day to make a resolution. You have 365 days to choose from. Any day is a perfect day to resolve to better your life. So, don’t miss out on resolving to change your life in 2013. We at Westgate-Jones Insurance Agency wish you luck in keeping your New Year’s resolutions and hope that these tips will help you succeed!
